PL Series Pneumatic Elbow Push-to-Connect Quick Fittings — 4–12mm OD, 1/8"–1/2" BSPT

The PL series 90° elbow push-to-connect pneumatic fittings provide fast, tool-free tube connections for compressed air and vacuum systems. Simply push the tube in to connect — the internal collet grips and seals automatically. To release, press the release ring and pull the tube out. No thread tape, no wrenches, no leaks.

Available in 20 model combinations covering tube OD from 4mm to 12mm and thread sizes from 1/8" to 1/2" BSPT, this listing covers the full PL series range in packs of 5 pieces.

Installation

1. Ensure tube end is cut cleanly and squarely (use tube cutter for best results)
2. Apply PTFE thread tape to male thread (1–2 wraps)
3. Thread fitting into port and tighten by hand + 1–1.5 turns with wrench
4. Push tube firmly into fitting until it bottoms out — connection is complete
5. To release: press release ring toward fitting body, then pull tube out
