Ceiling Fan Remote Control with Timer — 100–265V AC, 20–40W, Inverter Controller Receiver
A universal wireless remote control and receiver kit for ceiling fans, supporting 100–265V AC mains voltage and 20–40W fan motor loads. The kit includes a handheld RF remote transmitter and a wiring receiver module that installs inside the ceiling fan canopy, replacing the pull-cord speed control. Features a programmable countdown timer function for automatic fan shutoff, multiple speed settings, and compatibility with inverter-type (variable speed) ceiling fan motors.

Typical Applications
- Ceiling Fan Retrofit: Add wireless remote control to an existing ceiling fan that only has pull-cord speed control — no rewiring of the wall switch required
- Bedroom Fan Control: Use the timer function to set the fan to switch off automatically after 1–8 hours, avoiding the need to get up to turn off the fan at night
- Inverter Fan Upgrade: Compatible with modern inverter-type ceiling fans for smooth variable speed control via RF remote
- Multi-Fan Installation: Each receiver has a unique pairing code — pair multiple remotes to one receiver or one remote to multiple receivers for zone control
- Rental Property: Install wireless fan control without modifying wall wiring — ideal for rental properties where wall switch wiring cannot be changed
Installation Guide
- Switch off the mains power at the circuit breaker before installation
- Connect the receiver module in-line between the ceiling fan live wire and the fan motor (L-in from mains, L-out to fan motor, N common)
- Fit the receiver module inside the ceiling fan canopy
- Restore power and pair the remote to the receiver by following the pairing procedure in the manual
- Test all speed settings and the timer function before closing the canopy
FAQ
Q: Will this work with my existing wall switch?
A: Yes. Leave the wall switch in the ON position permanently and use the remote to control fan speed and timer. The wall switch can still be used as a master power cutoff.
Q: Is this compatible with ceiling fans that have a light kit?
A: This receiver controls the fan motor only. For combined fan + light remote control, use a fan/light combo receiver module that provides separate fan speed and light dimmer outputs.
