- SN74HC238N (3-to-8 Decoder) — Decodes 3-bit binary address (A0–A2) to one of 8 active-high outputs. Two enable inputs (E1 active-low, E2 active-high) for cascading. Ideal for memory chip select, LED matrix row/column driving, and relay bank control.
