The W25Q128JV from Winbond is a 128Mbit (16MB) SPI NOR flash memory IC – the second-largest capacity in the standard W25Q series, and a popular choice for Teensy 4.1 external flash, large BIOS images, and complex embedded applications. With 133MHz SPI clock support, Quad SPI (QSPI) capability, and the same standard SOP-8 pinout as all W25Q series devices, it's pin-compatible with W25Q32, W25Q64, and W25Q512 for easy capacity upgrades.
