X9C103S Digital Potentiometer Module — 10kΩ, SPI Control
The X9C103S digital potentiometer module provides a digitally controlled 10kΩ potentiometer with 100 wiper positions via a simple 3-wire SPI-like interface. The wiper position is stored in non-volatile memory — retaining the last set resistance after power-off. Replace mechanical potentiometers with digital control in Arduino projects.
Key Specifications
- IC: X9C103S | Resistance: 10kΩ | Steps: 100
- Interface: 3-wire SPI-like (INC / U/D / CS)
- Non-volatile: Yes (retains wiper position after power-off)
- Supply voltage: 5V | Resistance tolerance: ±20%
- Compliance: RoHS compliant
Why Choose This?
- ✅ Non-volatile wiper position — retains setting after power-off
- ✅ 100 steps — fine resistance control in 100Ω increments
- ✅ Simple 3-wire control — easy Arduino integration
- ✅ Replaces mechanical pot — digitally control volume, gain and bias
Typical Applications
- Digitally controlled audio volume and tone
- Programmable gain amplifier control
- LCD contrast and bias adjustment
- Sensor calibration and offset adjustment
