Baby description:

The XTW6009 is a 4A switching current high performance BOOST module. This module USES the XL6009E1 of the second generation high frequency switching technology as the core chip, and its performance is much better than the LM2577 of the first generation technology. The XL6009 booster module has lower cost and better performance, and the LM2577 module is about to be phased out.


Wide input voltage 3V~32V, the best operating voltage range is 5~32V;

Wide output voltage 5V~35V;

Built-in 4A high efficiency MOSFET switch tube, making the efficiency up to 94%; (LM2577 current only 3A)

Ultra high switching frequency of 400KHz, can be used to filter capacitance of small capacity can achieve very good effect, ripple smaller, smaller volume. (LM2577 frequency only 50KHz)

Product features:

1. Voltmeter display, voltmeter error 0.1v, range 5 ~ 35V. (note: the input voltage is lower than 4.5v, and the on-board voltmeter does not work or display)

 

2. Large volume 5*5 touch the button to switch to measure the input or output voltage, and an indicator light shows which terminal voltage is being measured. The default nixie tube displays the input voltage and the input indicator light is on; Touch the button, the nixie tube will display the output voltage, and the output indicator light OUT. And keep the last setting, even if the power is turned on

3. The voltmeter can be closed. Long press the switch for more than 1 second and less than 4 seconds. After the voltmeter is closed, just press the switch to open the voltmeter.

4. Input and output voltage measurement error calibration function, long press the switch more than 4 seconds, let go and then enter the voltage measurement error calibration function, at this point IN the light input end (calibration), the digital tube twinkle shows a positive (the factory parameter is 0.0), the short press button can change this value (numerical range of 0.5 ~ 0.5, the unit is V), said positive upward calibration, calibration down negative said. After calibration value at the input to adjust good, long press button for more than 2 seconds, entered the output error calibration after let go, this time OUT the light output terminal (calibration), and display the output value of calibration, adjustment method is the same as the input, output in good side after calibration value, long press the button for more than 2 seconds, let go after save the set of values and return to normal display voltage, set the correction value takes effect immediately and no lose when power supply drop. (with this feature, your higher accuracy requirements can be met)

5. With wiring terminal, it is convenient to use without soldering iron, and keep welding wire wiring points

(the input voltage must be more than 1v higher than the output voltage)

6. The maximum output current can be up to 3A, and the recommended operating current is around 2A, more than 2A plus heat sink

7. The internal oscillation frequency of 400KHz is adopted, which belongs to the second generation of switching voltage regulator, with low power consumption and high efficiency

 

 

Usage:

1. The input and output voltage measurement error calibration: long press the switch more than 4 seconds, let go and then enter the voltage measurement error calibration function, at this point IN the light input end (calibration), the digital tube twinkle showed a positive (the factory parameter is 0.0), the short press button can change this value (numerical range of 0.5 ~ 0.5, the unit is V), the positive upward calibration, said negative said adjust downward. (with this feature, your higher accuracy requirements can be met)

 

2. Close the voltmeter: long press the switch for more than 1 second and less than 4 seconds, and then let go. After the voltmeter is closed, just press the switch to open the voltmeter.

Notes:

1. When the recommended power exceeds 20W, heat sinks and other devices shall be added to enhance heat dissipation;

2. Some customers reported that the output voltage of the module could not be adjusted and was always equal to the input voltage. When you encounter this kind of problem, please first counter-clockwise rotation potentiometer more than 10 turns, and then use the module to adjust the voltage can be normal.
