Describe

The XL6019 is a monolithic integrated circuit specially designed for boost and buck-boost. It can work from DCSV to 40V input voltage range, with low ripple and built-in power MOS. XL6019 has built-in fixed frequency oscillator and frequency compensation circuit, which simplifies circuit design.

The PWM control loop can adjust the duty cycle linearly from 0 to 90%. Built-in over-current protection function and EN pin logic level shutdown function.

Powering Handheld Devices

Module uses:

1. Connect to the power supply (3-35V), the power indicator light is on, and the module is working normally.

2. Adjust the blue potentiometer knob (usually turn counterclockwise to boost, clockwise to decrease) and use a multimeter to monitor the output voltage until it reaches the required voltage.
 

Precautions:

1. It is recommended to use a current within 2.5A for long-term work, and add a heat sink (output above 10W); since it is a boost module, in order to ensure stable output, please keep a minimum voltage difference of 1.5V.
 

Applications:

1. Vehicle regulated power supply, you only need to connect the input end of this module to the car cigarette lighter to supply power, you can adjust the potentiometer, and the output voltage can be adjusted arbitrarily between 5V-30V to charge your mobile phone, MP3, MP4, PSP, etc. Powered by many devices, very simple and convenient.
