These are high stability KEMET 4.7pF, 200V COG ± 0.5pF radial leaded multilayer ceramic capacitors.

KEY FEATURES OF 4.7PF, 200V COG MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITORS:
Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (often shortened to MLCC) are the go-to general purpose capacitors that can be used in most applications that require smaller capacitance values of ≤ 10uF.
The body is conformally coated and are of a higher quality and typically smaller size than the standard orange ceramic disc capacitors that you often see. Being a fairly small capacitor, they take up little space on a breadboard or in a circuit.
These 4.7pF COG caps are high precision caps with a ± 0.5pF tolerance and are highly stable with almost no changes in capacitance over time or with temperature.
