JST VH 3.96mm Female Single-Head Silicone Cable — 20AWG UL3239, 200°C / 3KV / 5A
High-temperature pre-crimped cable with a JST VH 3.96mm female locking housing on one end and bare tinned silicone wire leads on the other. Uses SVH-21T-P1.1 contacts pre-crimped onto 20AWG UL3239 silicone wire — rated for 200°C, 3KV, and 5A. The ultra-flexible silicone insulation maintains flexibility at extreme temperatures, making it suitable for motor wiring, inverter connections, and high-temperature industrial applications.
- Housing: JST VH 3.96mm female locking receptacle
- Contact: SVH-21T-P1.1, phosphor bronze, tin-plated
- Wire: 20AWG UL3239 silicone, 200°C / 3KV / 5A, ultra-flexible, tinned copper
- Orientation: Single-head — VH female housing one end, bare tinned silicone leads other end
- Pitch: 3.96mm | Current: 5A | Voltage: 3KV | Temperature: up to 200°C
- Compliance: UL3239 wire, RoHS2
UL3239 silicone vs UL1007 PVC: 200°C vs 80°C, 3KV vs 300V, 5A vs 10A (note: silicone wire is rated 5A at 20AWG vs 10A for the VH connector itself — wire gauge is the limiting factor). Choose silicone for high-temperature environments.
