Molex KK 396 3.96mm Both-Sided Pre-Crimped Terminal Silicone Cable — 20AWG UL3239, 200°C / 3KV / 5A
The Molex KK 396 3.96mm both-sided silicone terminal cable features bare female crimp terminals on each end — using ultra-flexible UL3239 silicone insulation rated to 200°C / 3KV / 5A. Designed for high-temperature power harness assembly where standard UL1007 PVC insulation would degrade under heat.
Key Features
- Female KK396 crimp terminals both ends — no housing, for direct insertion into KK396 housings
- UL3239 silicone insulation — rated 200°C / 3KV, far exceeding UL1007 PVC (80°C / 300V)
- 5A / 3KV rating — higher current and voltage than standard KK396 cables
- 20AWG tinned copper conductor — fine-stranded for maximum flexibility
- RoHS compliant
