CH341A USB BIOS Programmer with LCD – Supports MX25L6405 / W25Q64 / 24 & 25 Series
The CH341A USB programmer is the most widely used low-cost BIOS and flash memory programmer – a USB device that reads and writes SPI NOR flash (25 series) and I²C EEPROM (24 series) ICs directly from a PC via USB. This version includes an LCD display for status feedback. Compatible with the most common BIOS chips (MX25L6405, W25Q64, W25Q32, and hundreds more), it's the essential tool for BIOS recovery, firmware flashing, and IC programming without a dedicated programmer.

Typical Use Cases
- BIOS recovery: Re-flash a corrupted BIOS chip after a failed update
- BIOS modding: Flash custom BIOS for overclocking or feature unlocking
- Router firmware: Read/write router firmware flash chips
- EEPROM programming: Program 24Cxxx EEPROMs for automotive and consumer electronics repair
- IC backup: Read and backup flash IC contents before repair
- Blank IC programming: Program new blank flash ICs with firmware images
In-Circuit Programming Note
For in-circuit programming (without removing the IC from the board), use an SOP-8 test clip connected to the programmer. Ensure the target board is powered off and the programmer provides the only power to the flash IC via the clip.
