Ten conductors, both ends factory-crimped, ready to connect. The 10-pin JST XH 2.54mm both-sided cable is the highest pin-count option in the standard XH series and serves the most demanding single-connector extension requirements: full parallel data buses, high-density sensor arrays, 4-axis motion systems with complete control lines, and custom PCB harnesses that consolidate an entire subsystem's wiring into a single locking connector. Available in Same Side (straight-through) and Reverse Side (mirrored) configurations.

Twenty contacts (ten per end) are machine-crimped to a defined pull-force specification. At ten conductors, factory crimping is the only practical choice for reliable assembly — machine crimping applies consistent, calibrated force to every contact, eliminating the insulation damage, cold joints, and inconsistent contact force that make hand-crimped 10-wire assemblies unreliable. The result is a harness that performs identically under vibration, thermal cycling, and thousands of mating cycles.

22AWG stranded copper wire rated at 3A/250V. Positive latch locks on both ends. Available in 8 lengths from 10cm to 80cm and 8 wire colors.
