IRF520 N-Channel MOSFET Driver Module — 9A, PWM Compatible
The IRF520 MOSFET driver module allows an Arduino digital or PWM pin to switch and control DC loads up to 9A / 100V. Built around the IRF520 N-channel MOSFET with a gate driver circuit, it accepts 3.3V or 5V logic signals directly from Arduino. Supports PWM speed control for motors and LED dimming.
Key Specifications
- MOSFET: IRF520 N-channel | Max current: 9A | Max voltage: 100V
- On-resistance: 0.27Ω | Logic input: 3.3V / 5V
- PWM: Yes | Screw terminals: Load + / Load − / GND
- Compliance: RoHS compliant
Why Choose This?
- ✅ 9A / 100V — switch DC motors, LED strips and solenoids
- ✅ 3.3V/5V logic — direct Arduino control, no level shifter needed
- ✅ PWM compatible — smooth speed and brightness control
- ✅ Screw terminals — secure high-current load connections
Typical Applications
- Arduino DC motor speed control via PWM
- LED strip dimming and switching
- Solenoid valve and relay replacement
- Battery load switching and power management
