- Holds four AA batteries
- 6VDC output
- Standard 2.1mm DC power plug
- 6″ cable length
These are a handy way to supply power to a robotic assembly or to provide mobile power for a project. The batteries are connected in series, so 4 AA batteries provides around 6V depending on the type of battery that they are. Make sure that your project will work correctly on 6V power.
The holder has a 6″ cable that ends in a standard 5.5mm(OD) x 2.1mm (ID) DC power plug which can be plugged directly into a standard power jack. This can also be cut off if it is desired to wire directly into a terminal block.
We also sell 6 battery versions that supplies 9V if you need a higher voltage battery pack.
There are four holes for mounting the assembly or double-sided tape or Velcro can be used.
Notes:
- Batteries not included
