DFPlayer Mini MP3 & WAV Player Module — MicroSD, UART, Arduino Compatible
The DFPlayer Mini is the most popular standalone MP3 and WAV audio player module for Arduino and microcontroller projects. Simply load audio files onto a MicroSD card, insert it into the module, and control playback via UART serial commands from any Arduino or microcontroller. No external DAC or audio processing required — the DFPlayer handles everything internally and drives a speaker directly via its built-in 3W amplifier.
With support for MP3 and WAV formats, folder-based file organization, and volume control via UART, the DFPlayer Mini is the go-to solution for adding voice alerts, sound effects, and audio playback to Arduino projects without the complexity of a full audio shield.
Key Specifications
- Supported formats: MP3, WAV | Storage: MicroSD card (up to 32GB, FAT16/FAT32)
- Interface: UART (9600 baud default) | Operating voltage: 3.3V–5V
- Speaker output: 3W (built-in amplifier) | DAC output: 24-bit stereo
- Tracks: Up to 100 folders × 255 tracks | Sample rate: 8–48kHz
- Compliance: RoHS
