D4184 N-Channel MOSFET Control Module — 40A, PWM Compatible
The D4184 MOSFET control module allows an Arduino digital or PWM pin to switch and control high-current DC loads up to 40A / 100V. Built around the D4184 N-channel MOSFET with a gate driver circuit, it accepts 3.3V or 5V logic signals directly from Arduino — no level shifter needed. Supports PWM speed control for motors and LED dimming.
Key Specifications
- MOSFET: D4184 N-channel | Max current: 40A | Max voltage: 100V
- On-resistance: 3.5mΩ | Logic input: 3.3V / 5V
- PWM: Yes | Frequency: up to 20kHz
- Screw terminals: Load + / Load − / GND
- Compliance: RoHS compliant
Why Choose This?
- ✅ 40A / 100V — switch high-current motors, heaters and LED strips
- ✅ 3.3V/5V logic — direct Arduino control, no level shifter needed
- ✅ PWM compatible — smooth speed and brightness control
- ✅ Screw terminals — secure high-current load connections
Typical Applications
- Arduino DC motor speed control via PWM
- High-power LED strip dimming
- Heater and solenoid valve switching
- Battery load switching and power management
