Silicone Wire 12AWG Ultra Flexible — High Temperature, Tinned Copper
12AWG ultra-flexible silicone wire with a tinned copper conductor and silicone rubber insulation. Rated for 200°C and 680V — far superior to standard PVC wire for high-current, high-temperature applications. The ultra-flexible silicone jacket remains pliable in cold temperatures and resists oils, chemicals, and UV. The standard wire for RC LiPo battery leads and high-current motor wiring.
Key Specifications
- Gauge: 12AWG | Conductor: Tinned copper (stranded)
- Insulation: Silicone rubber | Temperature: −60°C to +200°C
- Voltage rating: 680V | Current capacity: ~40A
- Flexibility: Ultra-flexible
- Compliance: RoHS compliant
Why Choose This?
- ✅ 200°C rated — safe near motors, ESCs and high-current connections
- ✅ Ultra-flexible — remains pliable in cold, ideal for RC and robotics
- ✅ Tinned copper — excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance
- ✅ ~40A capacity — suitable for high-current motor and battery leads
Typical Applications
- RC LiPo battery leads and ESC wiring
