4010 Axial Cooling Fan 12V DC — 40×40×10mm, 2-Pin
A compact 40×40×10mm (4010) axial cooling fan running on 12V DC — the standard fan size for 3D printer hotend cooling, electronics enclosure ventilation, and PCB component cooling. The 4010 form factor fits in tight spaces where larger fans won’t fit. 2-pin connector for simple power connection — always-on operation at 12V.
Key Specifications
- Size: 40×40×10mm (4010) | Voltage: 12V DC
- Connector: 2-pin (VCC + GND)
- Airflow: ~4–6 CFM | Noise: ~25–30 dBA
- Bearing: Sleeve bearing
- Mounting: 4 corner M3 screw holes
- Compliance: RoHS compliant
4010 vs Other Fan Sizes
- 4010 (this fan): 40mm — compact, for tight spaces and 3D printer hotends
- 5015 blower: 50mm blower — higher static pressure for part cooling
- 80mm axial: Higher airflow — for larger enclosures and PSUs
Typical Applications
- 3D printer hotend and cold end cooling
- Electronics enclosure ventilation
- PCB component and heatsink cooling
- Power supply and inverter cooling
- Compact electronics project cooling
