Red LED Indicator Module — Digital Output, Arduino (KY-011 Compatible)
The red LED indicator module is the simplest and most beginner-friendly LED component for Arduino projects. Unlike bare LEDs that require a separate current-limiting resistor and careful wiring, this module has the current-limiting resistor pre-installed on the PCB — simply connect VCC, GND, and a digital output pin, and the LED is ready to use with no additional components required.
Compatible with the popular KY-011 LED module pinout, this module integrates directly into Arduino sensor kits and 37-in-1 sensor kit projects. The 3-pin module format is breadboard-compatible and fits standard Arduino sensor shield connectors.

How to Use with Arduino
- Connect VCC to Arduino 5V (or 3.3V)
- Connect GND to Arduino GND
- Connect Signal to any Arduino digital output pin
- Set the digital pin HIGH to turn the LED on, LOW to turn it off
- No resistor required — the module PCB includes the current-limiting resistor
