This 4-channel IRF540 MOSFET switch module provides four independent high-current DC switching channels — each controlled by a push button or external logic signal. The IRF540 N-channel MOSFET handles up to 100V and 33A per channel, making it suitable for switching high-current DC loads such as LED strips, motors, solenoid valves, and heating elements. Suitable for DC voltages above 9V; can handle up to 100V/33A in extreme cases.
