The AZ431AN is a precision adjustable shunt voltage reference IC in SOT-23 SMD package — functionally equivalent to the classic TL431. It maintains a precise 2.495V reference between the REF and cathode pins, with output voltage adjustable from 2.5V to 36V via an external resistor divider. The 100mA cathode current capability makes it suitable for both voltage reference and shunt regulator applications.
