This orientation routes cables away from the PCB surface — essential in tight enclosures where reverse-side routing would cause cable interference or where cables must exit toward the front of a housing.

Built on 22AWG UL1007 PVC wire with phosphor-bronze 5263 crimp terminals, this assembly mates directly to Molex 5267 (vertical) or 5268 (right-angle) PCB headers at 2.50 mm pitch.

Same-Side vs Reverse-Side: Which to Choose?

Same-side-head (this product): wires exit from the same side as the housing face — cables route away from the PCB surface, toward the front of an enclosure. Choose this when cables must clear components on the PCB or exit through a panel cutout.

Reverse-side-head: wires exit from the opposite side of the housing face — cables route flat along the board surface. Choose this for standard PCB-mount applications where low-profile cable routing is required.
