JST XH 2.5mm Female Single-Head Silicone Cable — 22AWG UL3239, 200°C / 3KV / 3A
High-temperature pre-crimped cable with a JST XH 2.5mm female latch housing on one end and bare tinned silicone wire leads on the other. Uses SXH-001T-P0.6 contacts pre-crimped onto 22AWG UL3239 silicone wire — rated for 200°C, 3KV, and 3A. The ultra-flexible silicone insulation maintains flexibility at extreme temperatures, making it suitable for motor wiring, inverter connections, and high-temperature industrial applications where standard PVC wire would degrade.
- Housing: JST XH 2.5mm female latch receptacle
- Contact: SXH-001T-P0.6, phosphor bronze, tin-plated
- Wire: 22AWG UL3239 silicone, 200°C / 3KV / 3A, ultra-flexible, tinned copper conductor
- Orientation: Single-head — XH female housing one end, bare tinned silicone leads other end
- Pitch: 2.5mm | Current: 3A | Voltage: 3KV | Temperature: up to 200°C
- Compliance: UL3239 wire, RoHS2
UL3239 silicone vs UL1007 PVC: 200°C vs 80°C, 3KV vs 300V. Choose silicone for motor wiring, high-temperature environments, and high-voltage signal lines. Choose UL1007 PVC for standard 3D printer, Arduino, and general electronics applications.
