JST XH 2.5mm Male-Female Extension Silicone Cable — 22AWG UL3239, 200°C / 3KV / 3A
The JST XH 2.5mm male-female extension silicone cable extends any existing XH-series wiring harness in high-temperature, high-flex environments. With a male XH housing on one end and a female XH housing on the other, it plugs inline between any two XH connectors — using ultra-flexible UL3239 silicone insulation rated to 200°C / 3KV / 3A instead of standard PVC.
Key Features
- Male XH housing one end, female XH housing other end — plugs inline to extend any existing XH-series harness
- UL3239 silicone insulation — rated 200°C / 3KV, far exceeding UL1007 PVC (80°C / 300V)
- Ultra-flexible silicone jacket — remains flexible at low temperatures, ideal for high-cycle flex applications
- 3A / 3KV rating — higher current and voltage rating than standard XH extension cables
- 22AWG tinned copper conductor — fine-stranded for maximum flexibility
- RoHS compliant
Typical Applications
- Extending 3D printer heated bed and high-temperature wiring harnesses
- Motor and inverter harness extension in high-temperature environments
- High-cycle flex robotics and automation harness extension
- High-voltage XH harness extension requiring 3KV insulation
