3W High-Power LED Orange 600–605nm — 10-Pack
3W high-power orange LEDs at 600–605nm — pack of 10. The 600–605nm orange wavelength falls within the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) range and is particularly effective for plant grow lights and horticulture lighting. Combined with deep red (650–670nm) and blue LEDs, orange LEDs enhance the spectral coverage of DIY grow light panels for improved plant growth and flowering.
Key Specifications
- Power: 3W | Wavelength: 600–605nm (Orange)
- Luminous flux: 100–150lm @ 700mA
- Forward voltage (Vf): 2.0–2.4V | Forward current (If): 700mA
- Viewing angle: 120°
- Mounting: Star PCB (20mm) or direct solder
- Pack: 10 LEDs
- Compliance: RoHS compliant
⚠️ Important: Heat Management Required
3W LEDs generate significant heat. Always mount on a heatsink and use a constant-current LED driver (700mA). Do not drive from Arduino directly.
Grow Light Spectrum Guide
- Blue (440–470nm): Vegetative growth, chlorophyll absorption
- Orange (600–605nm, this pack): Supplemental PAR, flowering support
- Deep Red (650–670nm): Primary photosynthesis, flowering and fruiting
Typical Applications
- DIY plant grow light panel (supplemental orange spectrum)
- Horticulture and indoor farming LED lighting
- High-power orange indicator and signal light
- Phototherapy and light therapy devices
- Scientific and research illumination at 600–605nm
