DESCRIPTION

These 4010 axial fans are a low cost solution for small cooling tasks for heat sinks, 3D printers, small power supplies and similar applications.

OUR EVALUATION RESULTS:

These fans put out a decent amount of air and are commonly used for small cooling tasks such as print heads of 3D printer.  They will work for other spot cooling applications as well.

These fans are pretty quiet.  Any noise issues will tend to be related to having it mounted close to obstructions that induce wind noise.

The fan will operate over the range of 6-12VDC with reduced airflow and noise at lower voltages.  They also respond to PWM control well with no noise noted over the usable PWM range.
