These are high quality 9 x 13cm anti-static resealable bags that provide protection from electrostatic damage.

KEY FEATURES OF ANTISTATIC RESEALABLE  BAG 9 X 13CM:

These bags are made of tough Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and have a silvery metallized conductive film layer that is semi-transparent.  The bags provide complete electrostatic protection and being made of a tough material, they provide some amount of mechanical protection as well.

The bags have an outside dimension of 9 x 13cm (3.54 x 5.12″) with a usable inside dimension of approximately 8 x 11cm (3.15 x 4.33″).   These small to medium bags suitable for smaller  modules or quantities of ICs.  See pic with DIP-16 IC for size reference.
