Black Heat Shrink Tubing Kit — 140pcs, Assorted Sizes
The 140-piece black heat shrink tubing kit is the comprehensive wire insulation and repair kit for electronics workbenches, automotive wiring, and DIY projects. With multiple diameter sizes in a single kit, you always have the right size on hand for any wire gauge — from fine sensor wires to heavy power cables.
Made from polyolefin with a 2:1 shrink ratio, each tube shrinks to half its original diameter when heated with a heat gun or lighter, forming a tight, durable insulating sleeve around wire splices, solder joints, and connector terminations.
Key Features
- 140-piece assorted kit — multiple diameter sizes to cover all common wire gauges
- 2:1 shrink ratio — shrinks to half original diameter for a tight, secure fit
- Polyolefin material — flexible, durable, rated for −55°C to +125°C operating temperature
- Black color — professional appearance, UV resistant
- Activates at 70°C (158°F) — use a heat gun, lighter, or soldering iron heat for activation
- RoHS compliant
Typical Applications
- Wire splice and solder joint insulation
- Connector and terminal strain relief
- Cable end protection and labeling
- Automotive wiring harness repair
- PCB wire lead insulation
- Tool handle grip improvement
