Brass knurled heat-set insert nuts are the standard solution for adding strong, durable metal threads to 3D printed plastic parts and injection-moulded components. Available from M1 (miniature precision instruments) through M6 (structural enclosure assembly), these inserts cover the complete range of 3D printing and injection moulding applications. The knurled outer surface locks permanently into the surrounding plastic on heat-set installation, providing pull-out and torque resistance far superior to threading directly into plastic.
