Active Buzzer 5V Module — Arduino Compatible
An active buzzer module that produces a fixed-frequency tone when driven with a digital HIGH signal — no PWM or frequency control needed. The built-in oscillator generates the tone automatically, making it the simplest way to add audio alerts and notifications to Arduino projects. Connect to any digital output pin and control with a single digitalWrite() command.
Key Features
- ✅ Active buzzer — built-in oscillator, produces tone on digital HIGH signal
- ✅ 5V operating voltage — direct connection to Arduino 5V digital pins
- ✅ 2.54mm header pins — breadboard and PCB compatible
- ✅ Simple control — digitalWrite(pin, HIGH) to beep, no PWM needed
- ✅ RoHS compliant
Typical Applications
- Arduino alarm and notification systems
- Doorbell and motion detector alerts
- Timer and countdown audio alerts
- Error and status indication in embedded systems
