How to Install

Select the correct terminal size for your wire gauge (AWG 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12).
Strip the wire end to expose 10–15mm of bare copper conductor.
Slide the heat shrink tubing onto the wire before crimping.
Insert the stripped wire into the terminal barrel and crimp firmly using a heavy-duty crimping tool.
Slide the heat shrink tubing over the crimp joint and apply heat (heat gun or lighter) until fully shrunk and sealed.
Bolt the ring terminal to your connection point and torque to specification.
