These female DC power jack adapters are used to make power extensions, disconnects or other custom power cable assemblies.

These jacks are handy for making custom DC power extender cables for Arduino, security cameras or anything else that uses a standard DC power plug for power. They can also be used to make DC power disconnect points or for adapting an AC adapter for use with a module that uses screw terminals without having to hack the plug end off.
The connections are clearly marked with a ‘-‘ for the outer ground sleeve and ‘+’ for the inner positive connection and can accept up to 16AWG wire.
