- Packaged in standard DIP-4 footprint.
DIP switches can come in handy when multiple SPST ON-OFF switches are needed on a circuit board for setting logic levels or general control lines such as setting configuration bits.
These switches have PCB leads that are long enough to work OK in some solderless breadboards.
Notes:
- The pin length may not keep the parts inserted in some solderless breadboards. If that is the case, they can be lengthened by soldering on short solid wire lead extensions to the current leads.
