LR7843 N-Channel MOSFET Control Module — 161A, PWM Compatible
The LR7843 MOSFET control module is built around the LR7843 N-channel MOSFET — rated at an exceptional 161A / 30V. Control ultra-high-current DC loads directly from an Arduino digital or PWM pin with 3.3V or 5V logic. Supports PWM speed control for large motors and high-power LED arrays. Screw terminals for secure high-current connections.
Key Specifications
- MOSFET: LR7843 N-channel | Max current: 161A | Max voltage: 30V
- On-resistance: 3.3mΩ | Logic input: 3.3V / 5V
- PWM: Yes | Screw terminals: Load + / Load − / GND
- Compliance: RoHS compliant
Why Choose This?
- ✅ 161A rated — switch the highest-current DC loads
- ✅ 3.3mΩ on-resistance — minimal heat generation at high currents
- ✅ 3.3V/5V logic — direct Arduino control, no level shifter needed
- ✅ PWM compatible — smooth speed and brightness control
Typical Applications
- High-current DC motor speed control
- Large LED array and strip dimming
- High-power heater and solenoid switching
- Battery bank load switching
