TM1637 4-Digit 7-Segment LED Display Module — Red, 2-Wire Interface, Arduino
The TM1637 4-digit 7-segment LED display module is the most beginner-friendly numeric display for Arduino projects. With a 2-wire serial interface (CLK + DIO), this module requires only two GPIO pins to display 4-digit numbers, clock time (HH:MM), and basic text. The TM1637 driver IC handles all multiplexing and current control internally — no resistors, no shift registers, no complex wiring.
The built-in colon separator makes this the natural choice for digital clock displays, and the popular TM1637Display Arduino library makes integration straightforward for beginners. Available in red LED color for high contrast readability.
Key Features
- 4-digit 7-segment display — displays numbers, clock time, and basic text
- 2-wire interface (CLK + DIO) — only 2 GPIO pins required
