4-Channel USB QC3.0 / QC2.0 DC-DC Buck Converter Fast Charging Module — 6–32V Input
A high-efficiency 4-port USB fast charging module that converts a wide DC input voltage (6–32V) to regulated USB output with full Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and 2.0 protocol support. Each USB-A port independently negotiates the optimal charging voltage (5V, 9V, or 12V) with the connected device, delivering up to 24W per port — charging modern smartphones 3–4× faster than standard 5V/1A chargers.
Designed for vehicle installations (12V/24V automotive), solar power systems, lithium battery packs, and any DC source from 6V to 32V. The 90–97% conversion efficiency minimizes heat generation even at full load across all four ports simultaneously.

- Samsung 5V/2A: Standard Samsung charging profile
- DCP (Dedicated Charging Port): Universal 5V charging for all USB devices
Output Voltage Cable Compensation
The module includes automatic cable voltage drop compensation — it slightly increases the output voltage to compensate for resistance losses in the USB cable, ensuring the device receives the correct voltage at the connector rather than at the module output. This improves charging efficiency and reduces heat in long cable runs.
Wiring
- VIN+ → Positive DC input (6–32V)
- VIN− → Negative DC input (GND)
- USB-A ports face outward for device connection
- Add an inline fuse (5A per port, 20A total) on the input wire for protection
- For automotive installation, connect to a switched 12V/24V source (ignition-switched) to prevent battery drain
Heat Management
At 90–97% efficiency, heat generation is minimal under normal loads. However, when all 4 ports are simultaneously charging at maximum power (4 × 24W = 96W input), ensure adequate airflow around the module. Mount on a metal surface or add a small heatsink to the main buck converter IC if operating in enclosed spaces above 40°C ambient.
