V5 Sensor Shield Expansion Board for Arduino UNO R3 — 3-Pin Sensor Headers
The V5 Sensor Shield stacks directly onto an Arduino UNO R3 and converts all digital and analog pins into convenient 3-pin sensor headers (VCC / GND / Signal) — eliminating the need for a breadboard when connecting sensors and modules. Every pin gets its own dedicated power and ground rail, making it possible to connect multiple sensors simultaneously without wiring confusion. Includes dedicated connectors for servos, UART, I²C, and SPI.
Shield Features
- 3-pin sensor headers: All digital (D0–D13) and analog (A0–A5) pins broken out as VCC/GND/SIG triplets
- Servo connectors: Dedicated servo headers with signal, power, and ground
- UART header: TX/RX pins for serial communication modules (Bluetooth, GPS)
- I²C header: SDA/SCL with power and ground for I²C sensors
- SPI header: MOSI/MISO/SCK/SS for SPI devices
- Power indicator LED
- Compatible: Arduino UNO R3 (standard shield form factor)
Why Use a Sensor Shield?
- No breadboard needed — connect sensors directly with 3-pin Dupont cables
- Each pin has its own VCC and GND — no shared power rail wiring
- Labeled headers — no need to count pins or check pinout diagrams
- Servo-ready — direct servo connection without external power supply for small servos
Typical Applications
- Arduino sensor projects with multiple sensors (DHT22, ultrasonic, IR)
- Servo control projects (pan-tilt, robot arm)
- Bluetooth module connection (HC-05/HC-06 via UART header)
- I²C sensor hub (multiple I²C sensors on one board)
V5 sensor shield for Arduino UNO R3 — 3-pin sensor headers for every pin, servo connectors, UART/I²C/SPI headers. Plug-and-play sensor connection without a breadboard.
