PHB2.0 Dual Row Connector Kit with 22AWG Pre-Crimped Cables — Yeonho SMAW200, Belt-Lock
The PHB2.0 (Yeonho SMAW200) is a 2.0mm pitch dual-row belt-lock connector rated 3A — the dual-row counterpart to the single-row HY2.0 (SMH200). This kit includes both male plug and female receptacle housings with 22AWG pre-crimped cable assemblies in assorted pin counts. The belt-lock mechanism provides a secure, audible-click connection that resists accidental disconnection in vibration-prone environments such as robotics, industrial control panels, and 3D printers.
Why Choose This Kit?
- ✅ PHB2.0 / Yeonho SMAW200 dual-row standard — 2.0mm pitch, 3A rated, belt-lock mechanism
- ✅ Dual-row configuration — higher pin density than single-row HY2.0 at the same 2.0mm pitch
- ✅ Belt-lock mechanism — secure, audible-click connection, resists accidental disconnection in vibration environments
- ✅ Male & female housings included — complete wire-to-wire connection solution
- ✅ 22AWG pre-crimped cables — ready to insert, no crimping tool required
- ✅ RoHS compliant — nylon housing, tin-plated copper contacts
Key Specifications
- Series: PHB2.0 / Yeonho SMAW200 | Pitch: 2.0mm | Type: Dual-row, belt-lock
- Wire: 22AWG | Current: 3A | Compliance: RoHS
PHB2.0 vs. HY2.0
- HY2.0 (SMH200) — single-row, 3A, wire-to-wire
- PHB2.0 (SMAW200) — dual-row, 3A, belt-lock, higher pin density at same pitch
- Both are 2.0mm pitch but use different housings — not cross-compatible
Typical Applications
- Robotics and servo harness connections
- Industrial control panel and automation wiring
- 3D printer mainboard and module wiring
- DIY electronics and maker project power connections
- Vibration-prone environments requiring secure locking connections
